Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Term Activation Card from the Finance Office (TAC)
2. Original Grade 12 Report Card 2nd Semester with remarks eligible for transfer
3. Clear Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
4. Clear Photocopy NSO issued Marriage Contract (for female married student)
5. Clearance Slip from XU Clinic
6. Submit Good Moral Character from Prefect of Discipline @ XU Office of Student Affairs (For Transferee)
7. Department of Education (DepED) Certificate of eligibility for admissions to college (For students who completed high school outside of the Philippines)
Admission Requirements - Transferees:

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
Freshman Undergraduate:
1. Authenticated• High school report card and it's English translation
2. Authenticated• Certificate of graduation or certified true copy of the high school diploma and it's English translation.
Iii. Department of Education (DEPED) certificate of eligibility for admission to college for applicant who finished High School outside the Philippines
Transferee:
1. Authenticated• Official Transcript of Records (TOR) with grading system and it's English translation bearing the original signature of the registrar and seal of the school.
MA/MS student:
1. Authenticated• Official Transcript of Records (TOR) for the Bachelor’s degree with the official grading system and it's English
Translation, bearing the original signature of the registrar and seal of the school
2. Authenticated• Certificate of graduation in college or the college diploma and it's English translation.
Ph.D. Student:
1. Authenticated• Official Transcript of Records (TOR) for the master’s degree with the official grading system and it's English
Translation, bearing the original signature of the registrar and seal of the school
2. Authenticated• Certificate of graduation in graduate school or the graduate school diploma and it's English translation.
A. Police Clearance Certificate issued by the National Police Authorities in the student’s country of origin duly authenticated by the
PFSP having consular jurisdiction over the place (for the student who resided in the Philippines for less than 59 days); or NBI
Clearance for those who resided in the Philippines for more than 59 days.
B. Notarized Affidavit of Support and a Proof of Adequate Financial (Bank Certificate with available fund equivalent to US$2,500) to
Cover expenses incidental to studies in Xavier University.
• IMPORTANT: The authentication must be done by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP) or embassy located in the student-applicant’s
Country of origin or legal residence. The English translation needs to be authenticated as well.
Admission Requirements - Second Coursers:
1. Photocopy of the Note of Acceptance from the college dean
2. XU Transcript of Records
3. Medical & Dental Clearance from XU infirmary
4. Printed entrance exam results (if required by college dean)
5. Filled-up application form for re-admissions
6. 1 pc 1 x 1 latest ID picture
1. Graduates who hold a bachelor's degree or it's equivalent from a college of good standing are eligible for admission to studies leading to Master's degree. Also, graduates who hold a master's degree or it's equivalent from a school of good standing are eligible for admission to studies leading to Doctoral degree.
2. Every student seeking admission to the Graduate School must take and pass the entrance examination. Apply in person during enrollment period at the Graduate School Office.
3. Applicants for admission into the Graduate School must present upon registration the following credentials:
• Honorable Dismissal or
• Valid Transcript of Record
• Special Order
• Permit to Study - (for government employees and foreign students)
• Copy of These - (for non-XU mater's graduate)
• Others as may be required
For transferees, the University will accept only a maximum of 50% of the units acquired from other institutions provided that these units correspond to the approved subjects offered at Xavier University.
Accreditation of units of those taken/earned from non-formal nature will be subject to rules and regulations established by the University.
