Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Original form 138 (Report Card)
2. Certification of good moral character signed by the school head or his authorized representative
3. Performance in the Entrance Examination administered by the Office of the Students Affairs.
4. Two (2) copies 2″x2″ ID pictures
5. Quotas and other requirements as required by the specific courses /college units set- up by the respective offices of the Deans.
6. Satisfactory performance in high school.
7. All colleges will require the applicants to undergo an interview.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Transcript of Records
2. Honorable dismissal or Transfer Credentials
3. Performance in the Entrance Examination administered by the Office of the Students Affairs.
4. Two (2) copies 2″x2″ ID pictures
5. Quotas and other requirements as required by the specific courses /college units set- up by the respective offices of the Deans.

The applicant must:
1. Have completed a regular undergraduate program in the following courses:
Bachelors degree in Education or Industrial Education with concentration in Practical Arts, Home Economics, Agricultural Arts, Business Arts, Foods and Nutrition, Garments, Cosmetology, Automotive, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electronics, Machine Shop, Drafting, Civil Technology and other related courses.
2. Have a general weighted average of 2.0 or B in the undergraduate program. Those with a lower general average may be allowed to enroll as special students whose admission to the graduate program will depend upon the quality of their performance after 15 units of graduate work.
3. Have proficiency in English language both oral and written.
4. Have a pleasing personality and with good moral character.
5. Pass the admission test and personal interview.
A. Admission Requirements for Doctoral Program
The applicant must:
1. Have completed a Master of Arts/Science program in the following courses:
Master’s degree in Education, Industrial Education with major in Educational Management, Practical Arts, Home Economics, Industrial Arts, Business Arts, Fishery Arts, Agricultural Arts, Foods and Nutrition, Garments Technology, Automotive Technology, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electronics /Electrical Technology, Machine Shop, Drafting Technology, Civil Technology and other related courses.
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
