6. Transfer Credentials (formerly known as Certificate of Honorable Dismissal)
7. Copy of Transcript of Records for evaluation purposes

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Must meet all the prescribed requirements of the DFA and BI
2. Must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the University
3. Student Visa (9f)
4. 9 (e-1) or (e-2) for foreign government officials and dependents
- 7 (a) (2) for exchange fellows and scholars sponsored by international organizations
- 9 (d) for treaty traders
- 13 (a), 13 (e), 13 (g) for permanent residents
- LOI 105 for Balikbayan

6. Certificate of Completion of a secondary curriculum or it's equivalent
7. Original Transcript of Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Service Post
8. Personal Data - Personal History Statement with 2x2 ID picture with white background taken not more than six months prior to submission
9. Notarized Affidavit of Support
10. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
11. Result of TOEFL
12. Security Clearance from his/her Embassy
13. Resident Guarantor of his/her character
14. Certification of Proficiency in English based on TOEFL score for non-native speakers of English
15. Photocopy of passport duly authenticated by the Philippine Service Post (PSP)
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
