Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. High School Report Card (Form 138)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Birth Certificate issued by the NSO
4. 4 copies 1x1 ID picture, colored with white background
5. Medical Certificate from the VSU Hospital. Please bring X-ray plate and result, CBC, Urinalysis and Fecalysis results as basis for issuance of the medical certificate.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Transfer credential / Honorable Dismissal
2. Copy of the previous grades / Transcript of Records certified by the School Registrar (GPA of at least 2.5 for non-PASUC Member Institution)
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Birth Certificate issued by the NSO
5. 4 copies of 1x1 ID picture, colored with white background, Medical Certificate from the VSU Hospital. A transferee is required to bring X-ray plate and result, CBC, Urinalysis and Fecalysis results as bases for issuance of the medical certificate.
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Three (3) official copies of transcript of Records/ Scholastic Records, one (1) original copy and two (2) photocopies authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/ Consulate in the applicant's country of origin or legal residence. Official copies bear the original signature and the embossed/stamped seal of the issuing educational institution. The certification on the photocopies must be in original inked signature and seal.
2. Five (5) original copies of Personal History Statement (PHS) duly accomplished and signed by the applicant accompanied by original left and right hand prints. Each copy provided with 2 x 2 original latest photograph. PHS form may be obtained from the Philippine Embassy/Consulate in the applicants' country of origin.
3. Three (3) copies of affidavit of support and proof of adequate financial support duly notarized executed by your financial sponsor to cover expenses for student's accommodation and subsistence, school dues and other incidental expenses.
4. Three (3) photocopies of passport pages where name, photo, birth date and birthplace appear.
5. Original copy of birth certificate
6. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the two (2) officials, one from the teacher and one from the Principal or School Head of the institution where the applicant has last attended. (For undergraduate applicants only).
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
