Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. USMCEE result (original)
2. Form 138 /High School Report Card plus one (1) photocopy
3. One (1) original copy clear NSO Birth Certificate plus two (2) Photocopies
4. One (1) original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character plus two (2) Photocopies
5. Certification of the Number of Graduating Students for Valedictorian and Salutatorian (at least 30 graduating students)
6. For scholars: Complete documents from sponsoring agency
7. Two (2) pcs of 2 X 2 ID picture
8. Three (3) pcs 1 X 1 ID picture
9. If Student is enrolling in any of the courses enumerated below, a medical certificate must be secured from the University Hospital before seeking for Admission.
• BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRM)
• BS in Food Technology (FT)
• BS in Nutrition and Dietetics (ND)
• BS in Nursing (Medical Certificate for this course issued by the USM Hospital is valid only within one (1) week).
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. USMCEE result (original)
2. Transcript of Records from Previous School
3. Honorable Dismissal /Certificate of Transfer Credentials (Original)
4. One original clear copy NSO birth certificate plus two (2) photocopies
5. Certification of good moral character plus two (2) photocopies
6. If scholar: Complete documents from sponsoring agency
7. Two pieces 2"X2" ID picture
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
Foreign students must meet all the prescribed requirements of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) and must submit a Certification of Proficiency in English, based on TOEFL scores (for non-native speakers in English).
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
