Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
PRE-ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Below are the requirements that should be submitted through personal visit at Admissions and Scholarships Administrative Office (ASAO) or through email at asao@usls.edu.ph for evaluation purposes:
1. Letter of Intent
2. Original High School Report Card and Diploma (for freshman applicants)
3. Original Transcript of Records with Course Descriptions of subjects (for transferee)
4. Foreign Student Personal Information Sheet
5. Applicants who qualify will be advised to follow the admission procedures.
For Admission
1. Foreigner’s Test Result
2. Birth certificate
3. 10 pcs 2x2 ID picture
4. Electronic Application Form
5. Undertaking Form (please attach latest 1x1 ID photo with white background)
For Issuance of Admission Clearance:
1. Original passport
2. Photocopy of bio-page
3. Photocopy of latest arrival
4. Photocopy of authorized stay
5. All non-English documents must have an English translation and should be authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post in their country of origin.
6. Non-English speaking applicants must take an English proficiency test and result be submitted at ASAO.
In general, only students who can profit from graduate work and are able to successfully pursue the prescribed requirements for graduation of the program applied for shall be admitted.
The final decision for admission in masteral programs is based on undergraduate academic performance, and work experience for business applicants. All students are required to take the qualifying examination and pass the panel interview.
Students planning to enroll in Education Programs who are not education graduates or have no education units are required to enroll in 12 units of education subjects. These can be taken simultaneously with the masteral units.
For admission to the masteral and doctoral programs, an applicant must satisfy the following minimum requirements for admission:
1. A masteral degree or it's equivalent (degree or title) from USLS or from other recognized institutions of higher learning; and
2. Proficiency in oral and written English
3. These qualifications shall be determined through:
• academic credentials
• graduate level test
• 2 recommendations from the school and/or workplace
• interview
4. Transcript of Records
5. Two (2) letters of recommendation
6. Honorable Dismissal /Certificate of Transfer Credential
7. Two (2) ID pictures (2" x 2")
