A. Entry Requirements for the Master’s Program
1. Baccalaureate Degree aligned with the Graduate Program intended to be pursued

For those with units earned from other institutions – Transfer credential or honorable dismissal; evaluation of transfer credits approved by the Dean and the University Registrar

2. Photocopy of the PRC License (for nurses and teachers)
3. Photocopy of the NSO Marriage Contract, if married
4. If employed in OSA institutions, certificate of employment – must state employment status and length of service
