Why did I choose this school: This school is near a Subdivision which is beside our subdivision where we live. I want to pursue the course of nursing and Perpetual is known for it's program of Nursing. Every year they have good results of Nursing board passers. Another reason is that the tuition fee is cheap and we can afford it here.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: The campus is very big and the buildings are adjacent to each other so it is very easy to roam around and go to another class after my current class. The people are nice and approachable as well. The professors were strict especially on Laboratory activities which is good because this only means that they wanted their students to really learn what they are teaching us.

My current job: I am a Fulltime Registered Nurse in a Private Hospital.
I am checking up on our patients. Doing some rounds everytime on our schedule and other nurse related tasks

How long did it take to find a job: After graduating I studied for the Board Exam for about Five Months. So Five Months of studying again and memorizing and understanding all that is in the Book and Notes provided to us. Thankfully I passed the Board Exam and after that I applied to different hospitals, private and public. And another blessing is that I got hired immediately on a private hospital. Since then I have been working here for long now and Im happy with my position.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: My professors, specifically from the College of Nursing, are all very globally competitive. They are very smart and knowledgeable of the things that they are teaching. They made us feel like we are part of one big family. Each of them have their own unique of teaching us that is the reason why it is not very boring or tiresome to be in their classes.

I do love the school environment. It is more like studying under a tree. We have rooms that have big windows where you can see trees outside. We walk on walkways that have many plants at the side and we have beautiful gardens where we can hangout or study.

The facilities during my time might not be that sufficient. Small library, old chairs, some air conditions are not working and etc. But from what I am seeing from the last time I visited my school, I saw a lot of improvements. The University is trying its best to make the life of the students easier and learning will be in an enjoyable way inside the University.

My current job: As of the moment, I am unemployed and waiting for my hospital training in March. But I've had previous jobs. I've been to call centers and Korean learning centers to teach English to Korean kids.

How long did it take to find a job: I graduate April 2011, reviewed for the NLE for 2 months then took the exam on July 2011. I had my first job on July a few days after I took the exam.

Why did I choose this school: Low tuition fee and not that far from home.

Why did I choose this school: I chose this school because I believe that this institution provides a venue for the pursuit of excellence in academics, technology and research. It inculcates christian values and catholic in doctrine as a way of strengthening the moral fiber of a Filipino, who are helpers of God.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: The University campus and it's classroom is just so wonderful and very conducive for learning. They have competitive and skilled professors who are very patient in doing the effective and efficient teaching skills to students.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: Facilities are new and convenient, food is better than most places and on-site student club (Venue) is a blast to relax and have fun. This University encompasses what truly a campus should be like. Teaching environment is good, professors are very helpful. Library is adequate but its being constantly improved so that's great.

How long did it take to find a job: 5 months after I graduated, University helps their students to find jobs. they are very helpful here.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: The professors are not quite effective, but not all. lot of facilities to use for.

Why did I choose this school: Credited most of my subject when I transferred. And most of my friends study there so referral is basically the culprit.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: Friendly schoolmates especially in our engineering building. Good camaraderie with professors. Facilities are complete to cater engineering experiments.

Why did I choose this school: Proximity.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: The school was really known for medical courses, most especially nursing, so the ambiance were just fine. Few professors will challenge you as a student but most would be just an average.

My current job: Sales engineer. I sell machine and equipment used in Semicon and manufacturing industries.

How long did it take to find a job: More than a year, but almost half of it was spent reviewing for the board exams.

Why did I choose this school: Much closer to home, my HS classmates are there too and some of the professors are not that strict.

Facilities: A breeding place for gamers. Computer shops at every corner and bars in front of the campus.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: The atmosphere is nice, we have trees everywhere, they have a place where in they recycle things and make bags, they also have signage to help the new students know the place they are going. About the professors they are willing to help the students learn. The facilities are complete for the students that they wont need to go out to buy or get something outside the school.

About UPHSD Las Piñas: It was under maintenance during my time (2008) and a lot has improved since then. The school made money off the nursing students.

Some professors were not qualified and merely filled up the posts. There were a lot of students - much like how baby boomers are made.

Facilities were always subject to the budget allotted per class, it is "negotiable".

My current job: I am a customer service representative.
