Admission Requirements - Transferees:

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Photocopy of passport
2. Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
3. School record form or an official transcript of records
• School Record Form for Freshmen Applicants
• School Record Form for 6YP Applicants
4. Accomplished recommendation form from the applicant’s guidance counselor
• Recommendation Form for Freshmen Applicants
• Recommendation Form for 6YP Applicants
5. Certificate of evidence of SAT1 results (must be submitted by December 1) (Note: An applicant who is a foreigner or resides outside the Philippines may opt to substitute the entrance examination with the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT1) results. The applicant must obtain a minimum combined score of 1140 on the SAT1.)
6. Certificate of evidence of IELTS or TOEFL results (must be submitted by December 1) (Note: If the foreign applicant’s native language or medium of instruction in high school is not English, he or she should take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and obtain a minimum score of 6 or the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and obtain a minimum score of 550 for the paper-based test or 75 for the Internet-based test.)
Note: Please make sure to complete all the requirements in order to facilitate the processing of your application. The applicant should apply for a Student Visa at the Philippine Embassy or consulate only after receiving the official letter of acceptance from the University. Inquiries may be made at the Embassy regarding a Student Visa. All credentials, including the application form submitted to the University Admissions Office, become property of the school. They will not be returned to the applicant.
