About Universidad de Zamboanga:
We top notched professors in my day and it was very difficult to even get a passing score (even for those who are good at math) , but diligence does pay off and if you'll study hard you will eventually be rewarded for it.
I can't say much about the atmosphere as it was more like a secluded campus than a school, but it was ok as far as serenity is concerned. What can I say? Zamboanga is a small town and if your school is located in the outskirts it can get lonely at times.
They did level up their facilities with ISO certification so I'll have to give them a hand for that, but it cost a lot on our laboratory units in terms of tuition fees. Thank God I still graduated with my clothes on because I came from a poor family and we don't have enough money for college.
My current job:
Sadly I never got to work in the field that I studied in because I'm a freelance writer now working online. I did went through a couple of on-the-job trainings though. I also did not take the licensure examinations for ECE.
How long did it take to find a job:
It took me 2-3 years before I got a job because there isn't a lot of hiring companies in Zamboanga City. I had to go to Manila to find a job but even then I ended up in a call center instead of a semiconductor company.
