To Apply for TUPSTAT:
1. Submission of the following:
A. Duly accomplished application form
B. Two (2) recent 2"x2" picture on plain white backrground
2. Payment of PHP 400 testing fee.
3. Take the test on scheuled date/time and identified venue.
Applications may be done online (including payment) at www.tup.edu.ph or at TUP Admissions Office
Admission Requirements - Transferees:

3. With Good Moral Character
4. Certification of Available Slot from the Department

Applicants may apply only in the following programs/courses: Bachelor of Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Advertising, Education (BTTE, BTVTE & BSIE) and Bachelor of Graphics Technology.

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Meet the prescribed admission requirements for the program/course applied for.
2. Submission of necessary requirements for student visa conversion.
• Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records duly authenticated by the
Philippine Foreign Service
• Proficiency in English Test (for non‐native speakers of English language)
• Notarized affidavit of support including bank statement, notice accommodation, and other subsistence, as well as other school dues and incidental expenses.
• Five (5) copies of duly signed student’s personal history statement (PHS), both in English, and his/her national alphabet accompanied by his/her personal seal, if any, and containing among others, his left and right thumbprint and 2x2 photograph on plain white background taken not more than six months prior to submission.
• Photocopy of data page of the student’s passport showing date and place of birth, and birth certificate or its equivalent
• Philippine Police Clearance

2. An essay of not less than 100 words stating the applicant's reason for applying in the program. (To be written/typewritten at the back of the Application for Admission Form)
3. Certified True Copy of the Transcript of Records
4. Two (2) sealed recommendation letters The recommendation letter should describe the applicant's qualifications and potential for successfully completing graduate studies at TUP. It may also include comments and relevant insights such as on the applicant's character and outstanding skills/talents in line with the program applied for.
5. Three (3) passport size pictures with name tag on white background
6. Certificate of English proficiency as second laguage (for foreign student applicants only)
7. Application requirements should be submitted to the:

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
