Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Pass the written TUP Scholastic and Technical Aptitude Test (TUPSTAT) and oral tests.
2. Certification of Good Moral Character
3. Physically and mentally fit
4. Have met the prescribed admission requirements for the program/course applied for.

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1.Meet the prescribed admission requirements for the program/course applied for.
2.Submission of necessary requirements for student visa conversion.
3. Transcript of Records/Scholastic Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service
4. Proficiency in English Test (f or non‐native speakers of English language)
5. Notarized affidavit of support including bank statement, notice accommodation, and other subsistence, as well as other school dues and incidental expenses.
6. Five (5) copies of duly signed student’s personal history statement (PHS), both in English, and his/her national alphabet accompanied by his/her personal seal, if any, and containing among others, his left and right thumbprint and 2x2 photograph on plain white background taken not more than six months prior to submission.
7. Photocopy of data page of the student’s passport showing date and place of birth, and birth certificate or it's equivalent
8. Philippine Police Clearance
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
