Program Objectives:

1. Introduce the students to the theories of Organization and Management of Industrial Education.

2. Develop greater understanding of the organizational concepts and processes and how these processes interact with each other in the organizational framework.

3. Provide understanding of the managerial functions and how these managerial functions are exercised int the context of the organization.

4. Develop broader-perspective of the organizations, and of the larger environment where they operate, as well as of the interaction between these organizations and the environment.

5. Provide better skills in organizing, improving the organizations, and management processes andt techniques for greater efficiency and effectiveness in the attainment of goals and objectives.
