Course description:
The Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree is granted to the student who satisfactorily completes the requirements of the five-year course including the thesis. A “Certificate in Building Technology and Utilities” shall be granted after the completion of all the prescribed courses from 1st Year 1st Semester to 4th Year 1st Semester. A “Certificate in CADD” shall be granted after the completion of all prescribed subjects from 1st Year 1st Semester to 4th Year 2nd Semester.

1. Entrance Examination (TSU-CAT)
2. Report Card (Form 138)
3. Health Examination Certificate (Gov’t Physician)
4. Machine copy of NSO Birth Certificate
5. Two (2) copies of recent Photo (2” x 2”)
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Transfer Credentials
2. Certified True copy of grades
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (from Dean/Guidance Counselor)

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
