Why did I choose this school: My mother is an alumni of this school and I know this school offers quality education.

About Southwestern University: Southwestern University is able to maintain a good ambiance despite the crowded environment. It is surrounded with trees, gardens, and other forms of nature. The buildings and other facilities of the school may seem outdated but still sturdy enough. They also offer complete laboratory equipments for their students taking up Science and Health related courses. The professors of the school are really experts in handling the subjects.

How long did it take to find a job: I immediately found a job on the second semester right after I passed the board exam.

Why did I choose this school: I chose this school because it's the best dental school near my hometown which is 10 hrs by boat.

About Southwestern University: I love my college life! At first, I cried every night that I was away from home but in time I get to meet my new friends who up to now became my best friends. I love some of my teachers, some I hate which is normal.

My current job: I didn't get to be a dentist. My husband and I own a local pizza parlor and a laundry shop. We basically make our own dough by mixing it with our own secret ingredients.

How long did it take to find a job: I didn't go to work because I got married and have kids and started my business eventually.

Why did I choose this school: There was only two universities in Cebu City offering the course and S.W.U. was the nearest and less expensive.

About Southwestern University: Southwestern University was a nice place to study. Professors have an excellent knowledge in everything optometry has to offer.

My current job: Current Job is a certified nursing assistant.

How long did it take to find a job: After I graduate optometry, I started working after a week.

Why did I choose this school: Some of my friends were studying there. I wouldn't be studying in that school if I took up a course I wanted.

About Southwestern University: I liked the atmosphere around the campus because of it's huge trees and some gardens. Other schools didn't have that kind of atmosphere. They are surrounded only with buildings.

The professors / teachers were good but I guess some needs additional graduated school units to compete with the best teachers from other colleges or universities.

My current job: I am a full time online contractor in oDesk.
I am into sales and marketing during my stint in the corporate world.

How long did it take to find a job: 3 months after graduation, as a sales clerk for high end beds.

Why did I choose this school: Because my grandmother was a teacher at that school.

About Southwestern University: The ambiance of the school was nice and peaceful and can motivate you to attend your classes and the teachers were very knowledgeable with the subjects they handle.

My current job: I am currently into home based online job as a customer service representative.

How long did it take to find a job: Before I even graduated I already had a job with Islacom, a telecommunications company in cebu, as tech support.

About Southwestern University: Nursing in south western is a serious business, facilities and professors are always up do date with new trends and technology.

My current job: Self employed/ proprietor/ cake shop
