Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Form 138 or High School Report Card
2. Certification of Good Moral Character
3. Birth Certificate authenticated by the National Statistics Office
4. Picture recently taken
5. Parent’s/ Guardian’s/Spouse’s Income Tax Return /W2 /Certificate of Tax Exemption, for student who intends to avail of the socialized tuition scheme
6. Certification of Academic Ranking for Valedictorians and Salutatorians, if availing scholarship
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Certificate of Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal
2. Copy of Grades certified by the Registrar or Official Transcript of Records (OTR)
3. Certification of Good Moral Character
4. Original of Birth Certificate authenticated by the National Statistics Office
5. Pictures recently taken
6. Parent's /Guardin’s /Spouse’s Income Tax Return /W2 /Certificate of Tax Exemption, for student who wants to avail of the socialized tuition fee scheme.
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Certificate of Completion of Secondary Curriculum
2. Original Transcript of Record
3. Personal Information
4. Affidavit of Support
5. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
6. Certification of English Proficiency based on TOEFL score (for non native speakers of English)
7. Student Visa
8. Security Clearance from applicant’s Embassy
9. Resident Guarantor of applicant’s character
10. Original and photocopy of birth certificate
11. Pictures taken within the last 3 months
12. Cash bond of US$500 or it's peso equivalent
A. Master’s Degree Program
Applicants for Master’s degree program must be a graduate of related bachelor’s/baccalaureate degree or equivalent degree or title, must have an average rating of "2.25" or equivalent grade, must have earned 18 academic units of related subjects in the undergraduate course and must pass the qualifying examination prescribed by the program
B. Doctoral Degree Program
Applicants for Doctoral degree program must have earned related master’s degree, must have an average rating of "1.75" or equivalent grade, must have earned 24 academic units of related subjects in the undergraduate course and must pass the qualifying examination prescribed by the program.
Applicants whose average grade is below the requirement stated in the preceding paragraph may be admitted on probation status. However, they are required to complete 18 academic units and obtain an average rating of 1.75 for Master’s Degree Program and 1.5 for Doctoral Degree Program.
The following requirements shall be submitted for application:
1. Transfer Credentials
2. Original copy of the official transcript of records or Certified Photocopy of transcript of records
3. Pictures recently taken
4. Original and photocopy of marriage contract, if married.
5. Permit to study, if employed.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
