Course description:
The BS Hotel & Restaurant Management program aims to equip students with all the knowledge and skills required in the hospitality industry PLUS an added focus on developing skills in Culinary Arts.
SFCC also empowers students to develop effective communication and interpersonal skills, which are critically important skills in the hospitality industry.
Students in BSHRM shall be exposed to a various scenarios of real-world practices by international hotel and restaurant establishments. Further, students are expected to complete and excel at internships at a leading hotel and/or restaurant as part of the training course. The training is overseen by SFCC’s faculty, who are equipped with Masters Degrees, as well as an active Chef guiding the culinary skills training program.
