Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. San Isidro College Admission Test (SICAT)
2. High School Report Card
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Clear Copy of Birth Certificate
5. Marriage Contract (for married students only)
6. Long brown envelop and long folder
7. 6 copies of passport size color photo
All in-coming first year students who intend to enrol in board/licensure courses should:
1. Take the SIC assessment test or SICAT and must get the desired cut off score.
2. Have an average grade of 83 or higher in their H.S. Report card or Form 138.
3. Give a clear photocopy of the CSAT and/or NCAE result, if available
• In the Education, Nursing and Midwifery programs, the student must be also mentally, psychologically and physically fit.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. San Isidro College Admission Test (SICAT)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Clear Copy of Birth Certificate
4. Certificate of transfer credentials
5. Complete record of collegiate grades for evaluation purposes
6. Marriage Contract (for married students only)
7. Long brown envelop and long folder
8. 6 copies of passport size color photo
Admission Requirements - Second Coursers:
Second-coursers who are graduates of other colleges /universities:
1. Are required to take the SICAT and other tests and must get the desired cut off score.
2. Must have an average grade of 2.50 or higher (or it's equivalent in other rating schemes) in his/her first degree or course.
3. Are advised to pursue other interests if the general average grade is below 2.50
Second-coursers who are graduates of SIC are no longer required to take the SICAT, but still go to the Guidance Office for the Certificate of Admission. However, they:
1. Should have an average grade of 2.50 or higher
2. Are advised to pursue other interests if the general average is below 2.50
