Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Accomplish electronically the SLU-CEE Application Form via the SLU Website;
2. Accomplish in hard copy the Principal’s Recommendation Form (downloadable after online application has been accomplished);
3. Accomplish in hard copy the SLU Data Privacy Policy Form (downloadable after online application has been accomplished);
4. Pay SLU-CEE Fee (Bank Deposit in the SLU Account or Personal Payment to the SLU Finance Office): Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (P550.00) for Baguio testing or Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P750.00) for satellite testing. The paid-up SLU-CEE fee is non-refundable; print SLU-CEE Test Permit which is valid up to August 2019. However, a Foreign Student pays the Pre-admission Processing Fee of PHP 2,300.00.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Application letter with the following information:
- former school/s attended and course/s taken
- experiences in the former school/s
- reason/s for transferring to SLU
- course to be pursued in SLU
- reason/s for choosing intended course
- promise to abide by the rules and regulations of SLU
2. Certified true copy of complete academic records
3. Certificate/s of Good Moral Character from previous school/s
4. Six (6) copies of latest and identical ID pictures (2”x2”)
5. Birth Certificate
6. Police Clearance form hometown
7. Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1) Shall individually process their SLU-CEE application at SLU University Registrar’s Office in Baguio City, subject to the payment of package Pre-admission Processing Fee of PHP 2,300.00, covering the SLU English Proficiency Test (EPT), SLU-CEE, Personality Test and Interview. Those from non-English speaking countries must first take and pass the EPT prior to taking the SLU-CEE. The EPT is scheduled on March 16, 23, and 30 and April 6, 13 or 27, 2019 at the SLU Guidance Center;
2) ALL foreign students are scheduled to take the SLU-CEE on any of the available dates. They shall also take the Personality Test and Interview on a later date set by the SLU Guidance Center;
3) They shall also submit during the enrolment their:
(a) Valid Student Visa or Special Study Permit; and,
(b) I-card issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.
