Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Form 138 or Fourth Year High School Card
2. Principal's Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Principal's Certification of Academic Ranking for Valedictorians and Salutatorians.
4. Original and Xeroxed copies of Birth and Baptismal Certificates
5. Six (6) copies of 1x1 ID pictures
6. Medical Certificate
7. Police /NBI Clearance for those coming from outside the province.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
2. Xerox copy of scholastic records
3. Satisfactory entrance examination result
4. Letter of Recommendation from the Dean/Guidance Counselor
5. Birth and Baptismal Certificates
6. Medical Certificate
7. Six (6) copies of latest pictures (1 1/2 X 1 1/2)
8. Police /NBI Clearance for those coming from outside the province
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Official transcript duly authenticated by the Ministry of Educationof the student applicant's country
2. Personal history statement (forms are supplied by the College)
3. A notarized affidavit of support
4. Study permit and Alien Certificate of Registration (CAR)
5. Certificate of English Proficiency for applicants from non-English speaking countries
6. Satisfactory entrance examination result
7. Six (6) copies of latest picture (1 1/2 x 1 1/2)
A. FOR NEW STUDENTS
1. Baptismal Certificate
2. Original of authenticated certified true copy of the latest Transcript Of Records (TOR); if not an honorable dismissal from the previous school.
3. Five (5) copies 1x1 recent colored photo.
4. Documents attesting to passing a board examination (for msn students) or being a sholar of any agency.
5. Marriage Contract (if married).
B. FOR TRANSFEREES
1. Students Who Seek Admission As Transferee Must Have A General Average Of Least 85% In All His/Her Academic Subjects.
C. FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
1. Aside from the academic requirements, foreign students are obliged to comply with the students visa requirements issued by sacred heart college registrar office in collaboration with the bureau of immigration and deportation. Some foreign students may be required to take the english proficiecy test.
