Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Notice of Passing the Admission Test
2. Admission slips to be secured from the respective Deans upon presentation of the Notice.
3. Form 38 (High School card, Original copy duly signed by the Principal)
4. Certification of Good Moral Character from the school where the student graduated or Baranggay Clearance for out-of-school youth qualifiers.
5. Physical and mental examinations to be conducted by the medical and dental unit of the University or any agency of the Department of Health.
6. Certified photocopy of birth certificate
7. Certification from DILG, Municipal /City Mayor if DepEd grantees or SK Officials
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Must pass the Admission Examination
2. Must pass the medical examination and interview
3. Will only be given Full Credit for subject equivalents if grade obtained is at least 85% or 2.0
4. Transcript of Records
5. Honorable Dismissal
6. Birth Certificate
7. Certification of Good Moral Character
8. Two (2) copies of 2 x 2 pictures taken in the last 6 months.
1. Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree related to the field of specialization or have already taken 12 units as a pre-requisite to the selected course
2. Must have a general weighted average grade of 2.0 or B, or higher.
3. Recent picture 2 x 2 (2 copies)
4. Permit to study if currently employed (2 copies)
5. Pass the examination for Professional Studies
6. An Essay stating the Reason for taking the Masteral Program
7. Marriage contract (for married female– 2 copies)
8. Original Transcript of record– bearing the seal of the school
9. Birth certificate (Xerox copy)
10. Two letters of recommendation from former/current employer

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
