2. Entrance or Placement Test
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character

Candidates for the Maritime Programs (BS in Marine Transportation and BS in Marine Engineering) must meet the following criteria for admission.
1. High School Report Card (Form 138-A)/ TOR or it's equivalent
2. Entrance or placement Test
- must pass the cut-off score of at least 75% from the total number of examination given in the following subjects: Math, English, and Science
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. 2×2 pictures (6 pcs.) for I.D. And other documents
5. Physical and Mental Examination Results
- CBC
- Urinalysis
- Stool Examination
- X-Ray
- Drug Test
- Hearing Test (JAEGER’s or SNELLEN’S Test)
