Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Form 138
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Entrance Examination
4. Medical Certificate
4. 2 pcs. 1x1 ID picture
5. 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture
6. Students must qualify in the average grade requirement (GPA/GWA) set by the University/College or CHED
7. Students must pledge to abide by and comply with all the rules and regulations of the University/College
8. New/beginning freshmen students are not accepted during the Second Semester or Summer Term
9. Students must not have enrolled in any academic college subject/s prior to their enrollment as beginning freshmen; otherwise they shall be classified as transferees.
10. Students enrolled in vocational courses from other institutions or those not leading to a degree program are admitted as beginning freshmen.

1. Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
2. Official transcript of Records/Copy of Grades
3. Certificate of Good Moral of Character
4. Entrance Examination (College Scholastic Aptitude Test)
5. Medical Certificate
6. 2 pcs. 1x1 ID picture
7. 1 pc. 2x2 ID picture
8. Only students who have enrolled in any course leading to a degree program are admitted as transferees.
9. Official Transcript of Records (OTR) shall be submitted to the Office of the Registrar prior to admission for the following semester otherwise, enrolment will not be allowed.
10. Must pledge to abide by and comply with all the rules and regulations of the University/College.
11. Admission of transferees is subject to availability of slot.
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:

4. Affidavit of Support
5. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
6. Result of TOEFL – for non-English Speaking
7. Must meet all the prescribe requirements by the DFA and the BID
8. A foreign student may be admitted applied for.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
