The Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is a four-year college degree program intended for people who seeks a diverse range of career options in pharmacy practice such as the industry, hospitals, community, research and regulatory oversight within government agencies. It is a health profession that focuses not only on the identification, developing, manufacturing and dispensing of drugs, but also it has the responsibility for drug therapy management in patients, the generation and transmission of knowledge about proper selection and use of drugs and their effect on people. A patient-oriented service is now the focus of this program and providing such education redounds to an improvement in the esteem in which our profession is held.
