Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Admission Test result (Guidance Office)
2. Medical Examination signed by a physician with Laboratory Result (CBC, Chest
/X-ray and Urinalysis) (w/ the license no. Of the physician)
3. SSC & Tala fee and Dep’t fee
4. Library card. Bring 1 copy 2x2 ID picture with white background
5. Entrance Data
- Senior High school card
- GMRC
- NS0/PSA photocopy
- Marriage Certificate (for married women)
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Result of Aptitude Exam
2. Certificate of Transfer Credential
3. Good Moral Character
4. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
Foreign students shall be required to meet substantially the requirements prescribed for their entrance into the Polytechnic. They must have complete and valid credentials, must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the Polytechnic and the course applied for and must meet all the prescribed requirements by the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Bureau of Immigration.
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
