Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. High School Report Card (Form 138)
2. 5 copies 2x2 picture (with name)
3. Certificate of good moral character from the Principal and the Barangay Captain.
4. Birth Certificate duly certified by the National Statistics Office (NSO)
In addition to the above admission requirements, there might be specific requirements to be complied with depending on a particular course. Please see your College Admission Officer.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. A certificate of transfer credentials from the last school attended;
2. A statement of good moral character signed by the adviser and certified by the Dean or Head of the school;
3. An informative copy of the transcript of records which should include the descriptive title of the subjects taken and passed, the number of units and the grades earned;
4. Two (2) copies of 2x2 picture (black and white);
5. Other departmental requirements
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Philippine born alien students must submit a photocopy of their Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Native Born Certificate of Registration (NBCR) which must be checked against the original by the Commissioner of Region X, Cagayan de Oro City, Commission on Higher Education.
2. Foreign Born Alien students must submit a photocopy of their Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) which must be certified by the Commissioner, CHED, Region X. Children of naturalized Filipino citizens must submit a copy of identification certificate issued by the Commissioner on Immigration, checked against the original by the Commissioner, CHED, Region X.
3. Filipino citizens whose family names are of foreign origin must submit their birth certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar.
4. Oversees students should apply for admission from the University Registrar. A complete copy of the Official Transcript of High School and College records should be submitted with the application which will be forwarded to the Commission of Higher Education, Manila. A copy of Certificate of Eligibility for Admission (CEA) together with the certificate of acceptance to the University will be sent to the applicant. Only upon receipt of these documents from the University should an application for visa be made by an overseas student.
A. For Certificate in Business Management, Certificate in Government Management, Master in Business Administration and Master of Public Administration:
1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree of either Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Management or it's equivalent from the University or from other recognized institutions of higher learning.
2. Students from the other field of specialization are required to have an academic background of 18 units in either Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Management or it's equivalent.
3. Satisfactory scholarship and integrity of intellect as determined through 1) examination of undergraduate credentials; 2) a personal interview or other appropriate means; and 3) character reference.
4. Other applicable requirements of the University.
B. For Master of Arts in Education:
1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree of either Elementary or Secondary Education or it's equivalent from the University or from other recognized institutions of higher learning.
2. Students from the other field of specialization are required to have an academic background of 18 units in either Elementary, Secondary Education or it's equivalent.
3. Satisfactory scholarship and integrity of intellect as determined through 1) examination of undergraduate credentials; 2) a personal interview or other appropriate means; and 3) character reference.
4. Other applicable requirements of the University.
C. For Master of Arts in Nursing and Master in Nursing:
1. Possession of a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
2. Satisfactory scholarship and integrity of intellect as determined through 1) examination of undergraduate credentials; 2) a personal interview or other appropriate means; and 3) character reference.
3. Other applicable requirements of the University.
D. For Doctor of Education:
1. Possession of a master’s degree or it's equivalent from the University or from other recognized institutions of higher learning.
2. Satisfactory scholarship and integrity of intellect as determined through 1) examination of undergraduate credentials; 2) a personal interview or other appropriate means; and 3) character reference.
3. Other applicable requirements of the University.
E. For Transferees:
