Why did I choose this school:
When I was Grade 1, I heard about the State College's good reputation especially when we talk about their Engineering Department.
It has been my dream school ever since I was in elementary. I was happy when I was given a chance by my parents to study Mathematics in advance for a summer class when I was in Grade 6 summer vacation.
I took the entrance exam for high school students after my elementary graduation yet failed to pass their scholastic standard.
About USTP:
The school was quite old but no one minds it since most of the students are from the low-income family. It was full of trees and old buildings/structures when I came but now (due to her amazing graduate products) the school is able to build new classy buildings funded by the government.
The professors/instructors were okay. Some are old while others are new. One thing I like about MUST is that we give respect to the professor as a person not just someone we want to walk away from because of it's hard topics. At MUST, we value professors, staffs and even our buildings. We don't give much complaints since what we're after for is the knowledge they can handed to us and the kind of quality with humility we're wanting ever since.
The school also underwent through poverty (I think) but is now well provided with the government. I personally think it's also because of the accreditation held wherein the school has the chance to showcase it's researches a midst the not-so-well-of facilities before.
The last time I visited my Alma Mater, equipment are prepared, library is given importance, facilities are now up to the next level.
