Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
For Graduating Grade 12 Applicants
A. Photocopy of Form 138/Report Card or Form 137
B. 2 pcs. 2×2 recent identical ID photo with white background (selfie photo not accepted)
C. Additional Requirements if Applicable:
C.1 One (1) Photocopy of 4Ps Beneficiary Certification from Department of Social Welfare and Development
C.2 One (1) Photocopy IP Certification from National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) or a legitimate Tribal Chieftain.
C.3 One (1) Photocopy of PWD Certificate from the City Social Welfare Department (CSWD)
3. Secure the registration slip from the Admission staff and note the venue and schedule of your admission test.
4. Report on the scheduled date and venue indicated in your registration slip. Applicants without the registration slip will not be allowed to take the admission test.
5. Check for the list of passers on the date of release of admission test results. Visit the official university website, facebook page or check the list which shall be posted outside the Admissions and Scholarships Office.
For High School Graduate of the old Basic Education Curriculum

3.2 One (1) Photocopy IP Certification from National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) or a legitimate Tribal Chieftain.
3.3 One (1) Photocopy of PWD Certificate from the City Social Welfare Department (CSWD)
Master’s Programs:
To be eligible for admission to a master’s degree program, the applicant
Must:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or it's equivalent in an appropriate field of study from an institution of recognized standing;
2. Pass the entrance examination for graduate studies;
3. Submit a study objective which would include required research facilities, if applicable;
4. Submit two letters of recommendation from supervisors or professors not related by consanguinity or affinity;
5. Pass the interview with the department chairman /program coordinator; and
6. Satisfy other requirements as indicated by the College wherein the degree program is being offered.
Doctorate Programs:
To be eligible for admission to a doctorate degree program, an applicant
Must:
1. Hold a master’s degree, preferably has undertaken thesis work, in a relevant field of study from an institution of recognized standing; an applicant who has not done a thesis or a master’s research shall be required to submit research proposal as part of the requirement for admission;
2. Pass the entrance examination for graduate studies;
3. Submit a study objective which would include the required research facilities, if applicable;
4. Submit 2 letters of recommendation from supervisors or professors not related by consanguinity or affinity;
5. Pass the interview with the department chairman/program coordinator; and
6. Satisfy other requirements as specified by the College concerned.
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
