Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Photocopy of high school card (Form 138)
2. NCAE (National Career Assessment Examination)
3. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
4. Photocopy of certificate of good moral character
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Photocopy of grades/transcript of records
2. Photocopy of honorable dismissal/transfer credentials
3. Photocopy of birth certificate
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Foreign students shall submit the following documents to the University Registrar: five copies of the student’s personal history statement (PHS), a notarized affidavit of support, including bank statement, or notarized notice of grant, two original and four photocopies of the scholastic records authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP), a photocopy of the student’s PFSP-authenticated passport, payment of foreign service fee upon acceptance and every semester thereafter.
2. The University shall issue a notice of acceptance with a dry seal to applicants who qualify for admission. The PFSP also requires the original copy of the school’s notice of acceptance, a PFSP-authenticated police clearance, and a medical health certificate.
3. Admission of foreign students shall be based on the recommendation of the University Registrar and the CET test results.
