NOTE : For all who intend to enroll in Master of Science in Nursing, the required general weighted average grade from BSN Program is 85 or B or 2 ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES Graduate School Coordinator’s office for issuance of acceptance form, advisement and schedule of classes. MSN Coordinator / Dean / Authorized Officer for approval. Registrar’s Office for submission of credentials, enlistment/encoding of subjects, and issuance of Registration Form. Finance / Accounting Office for payment of fees. E-Grade lab. For new students for application and issuance of I.D. Graduate School Office for old students for validation. College Library for new students : application of library card, for old students : claiming of the library card Registrar’s Office for validation of the enrollment, issuance of class cards and collecting of the office copy of Registration Form.
