New Students

2. Duly accomplished on-line application form
3. Graduate of Bachelor’s degree must earned 18 units of English, 6 units of Mathematics and 18 units of Social Science subjects
4. Official Transcript of Records
5. Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
6. Birth Certificate or affidavit of birth
7. Photocopy of Marriage Contract for married female student, if applicable
8. ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size
Transfer Students
1. Duly accomplished on-line application form
2. Official Transcript of Records
3. Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
4. C1 / Certificate for Eligibility to Law Course
5. Photocopy of Marriage Contract for married female student, if applicable
6. ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size

2. Official Transcript of Records or true copy of grades
3. Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Birth Certificate or affidavit of birth
6. Photocopy of Marriage Contract for married female student, if applicable
7. ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Duly accomplished on-line application form
2. Study Permit or Working Visa issued by Bureau of Immigration
3. Original Student Record (red ribbon)
4. Photocopy of passport
5. ID Photo, preferably 2×2 inches in size
6. Once enrolled, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card)
New and Transfer Students
