Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
All freshmen enrollees must have passed the College Entrance Test. Those who qualify on the basis of these requirements must submit the following:
1. Original High School Report Card (Form 38) duly signed by the principal and one (1) photocopy of the same;
2. Original copy of the University Admission Test signed by the Dean/Director;
3. Result of drug testing from the DOH Drug Testing Center;
4. Photocopies of Birth Certificate;
5. Latest Income Tax Return of Parents;
6. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the Principal /Registrar;
7. Five (5) copies of 2x2 ID pictures;
8. Duly accomplished Medical Examination from State University Medical/Dental Clinic; and
9. One brown envelope.
Students with High School average below the cutoff grade of 85% for a degree program or course and who do not pass the College Entrance Examination shall automatically qualify for admission in non-degree programs or courses.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Certificate of Transfer Credentials from the School last attended;
2. Informative copy of Transcript of Records;
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (2 copies);
4. Certificat of Good Moral Character signed by the Principal /Registrar or duly authorized representative from the school last attended;
5. Two (2) copies of 2x2 ID pictures;
6. Duly accomplished Medical Examination from State University Medical/Dental Clinic;
7. Two (2) brown envelop (long)
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
Philippine born alien students must submit a photo static copy of the Alien Certificate Registration (ACR) and the Native Born Certificate (NBCR) which must be certified against original by the Regional Director of Region IX of the CHED. At the time of graduation the students should submit a receipt payment for the Alien Registration Fee for the current year.
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
