Why did I choose this school: First school in Iloilo that offered the BS in Tourism course, affordable tuition, accessible from our house, nice uniform, there's a huge swimming pool. (The only thing I'm not comfortable at first is 80% of the students are boys taking maritime courses, but later I found out that they are not what I am thinking, they are well disciplined and respectful.

About JBLFMU Molo: The ambiance was very nice, very spacious, well ventilated nature inspired environment, surrounded with warm people, good vibes.

The professors and teachers have a wide range of knowledge, well respected, practice professionalism. They make learning fun and worthwhile.

My current job: Senior Investment Specialist.

How long did it take to find a job: After graduation, I rested for three months, then I applied for the first time then I get hired instantly.

Why did I choose this school: I've chose it because of it's high quality standard of education and passed all accreditation.

About JBLFMU Molo: the professors - Competent, most of them are maritime graduate and officers on board, they have experienced enough to share their knowledge to their student.
the facilities are complete and advanced for the needs of the students, example for laboratory and basics needs for the students to study.

My current job: Seafarer .The job of being a seafarer is to work on ship maintenance internal and external facilities of ship.

How long did it take to find a job: About six months.

Why did I choose this school: This is the premier school in our place which produce the best seamen.

About JBLFMU Molo: The school provides us everything that we needed. the equipment and facilities have made me learn a lot and learning was quite easy because of the best professors that we had.

My current job: I am currently a chief engineer.

How long did it take to find a job: Of course I had undergone training and schooling in order to be in this place. After graduation, I had worked in a seafarer agency for about a year, and took examination which luckily I had passed.

Why did I choose this school: These school is basically well-known in maritime related courses so I choose this one.

About JBLFMU Molo: The atmosphere was good for us because we were chosen as scholars (company sponsored). Instructors were being patient and equipped with knowledge and experience to share.
Facilities - very good, basically when you see inside the campus there is a engine there and basic equipment commonly used in running vessel nowadays.

My current job: I am 3rd assistant engineer on board a ligthering crude oil tanker, which is base in USA only.

How long did it take to find a job: 1 year, after taking my license and other required training.
