Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
A foreign applicant may be admitted to the freshman class if he meets the following:
1. Pass the University Admission Test/ College Admission Test.
2. Submit the following valid credentials:
A) Student Visa
B) Two (2) copies of 2x2 colored ID picture
C) Student permit- certification from the embassy of eligibility to study in the Philippines.
D) Two (2) copies of affidavit of support or certification from a reputable bank in the applicant’s country about his capability to finance travel, educational, personal and other expenses that are expected to be incurred while staying in the Philippines.
E) Authenticated copy of birth certificate.
F) Certificate of completion of a secondary curriculum or it's equivalent.
G) Certificate of good moral character issued by the last school attended.
H) Security clearance from the embassy.
I) Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR).
J) Statement of Personal History.
K) Applicant from a non-native English speaking country will be admitted if his English Proficiency Test score in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is equivalent to 550 or have an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test result equivalent to 6.
L) Medical certificate and drug test result.
M) Approved application for admission.
N) Payment of a non-refundable application fee based on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into both parties.
3. Pass the requirements set by the concerned college.
4. Meet all the requirements prescribed by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
5. For transfer students, the following are additional requirements:
A) Official Transcript of Records or Original Scholastic Records/credentials showing all the subjects taken from the previous school attended.
B) Honorable Dismissal.
C) Validation of subjects taken from other institutions.
D) A notice of acceptance shall be issued to the student applicant upon completion and submission of all requirements.
6. Arrangement to take admission test should be made two (2) months earlier than the start of a semester/term in coordination with the Testing Unit of the Office of Student Services.
7. The University shall implement the policies, rules and regulations as embodied in Executive Order No. 285 (Entry and Re-entry of Foreign Students).

2. The entry requirements in the Doctorate and Master’s Degree are appropriate master and baccalaureate degrees, respectively. An applicant with a General Weighted Average (G.W.A.) of 2.0 or it's equivalent with no failing grade in both levels and from recognized institutions shall be admitted to any of the graduate programs offered
3. Applicants to the graduate program who do not meet the minimum grade requirement shall be accepted on a probationary period of one term and shall carry maximum load of nine units, but not less than six units
4. A student shall be accorded regular status in the succeeding term provided that he/she maintains a GWA of 2.0 or higher
5. Applicants may be required to take up additional enrichment courses at the Undergraduate level (for Master’s applicants) and at the Master’s level (for Doctorate applicants), to be determined by the Dean of the Department or Program Chair, as may be deemed necessary in the pursuit of the chosen field of study.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
