A. For Incoming Freshmen:

1. Official Transcript of Records (original or certified true copy) – Undergraduate, Graduate (if any)
2. Diploma
3. Certificate of Graduation
4. NSO or Live Birth Certificate (original or certified true copy)
5. NMAT result (official copy)
6. Certificates of Good Moral Character, or Recommendation Letters (2) from one of the following:

• Previous professors

B. For Transferees:

1. Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal Certificate (original copy)

4. Two (2) Good Moral certificates coming from the Dean or College Secretary & Faculty or from two (2) Faculty members
5. Passing the validating exam for any subject in the past year level wherein the applicant’s grade is lower than 2.75
6. On a case-to-case basis, an endorsement letter from CHED will be necessary.
7. Duly accomplished application form (online or onsite)

Upon submission of the above-mentioned credentials, the applicant will be scheduled for:

1. Interview with the Dean/Admissions Committee
2. Psychometric exam given by the EAC Guidance Counselor Office
3. Physical and mental fitness certificate issued by the EAC School Physician

C. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

For Non-Filipino Students:

1. Passport (original copy)
2. Student visa
3. Student permit
4. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) as verified by the Registrar
5. Passing the English placement test given by the Aguinaldo International Language Institute
