Duration: 10 months

Course description:
The International Culinary Arts Program is a unique and innovative culinary program specifically designed to prepare graduates for the international culinary workplace. The DACA 10 month Culinary Program is taught as: Culinary Arts I, Culinary Arts II, and Culinary Arts III. The program uses International Educational Standards as well as the Dual Education System from Germany and International culinary techniques both highly effective learning methods.

This program allows students to acquire hands-on competency in Culinary Arts, Kitchen Management, HACCP and Nutritional Education. It is recognized by the Philippine government program – TESDA, (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) and designed to respond to the country’s priority program in education and training.

Graduates of the program have the option to immediately join entry level positions in areas of the local or international culinary workforce industry upon completion of on the job training (OJT). This training is 500 hours in a minimum 4 Stars Hotel in Manila or Cebu. Our Partner Hotels are names like Shangri-La Makati, Sofitel, Marco Polo etc.
