8. 4 ID pictures (1 1”x1” and 3 2”x2”)

4. Certificate of Transfer
5. Weighted Average Grade of 2.5
6. Credentials
7. Medical Certificate of any Gov’t Physician
8. Must not have incurred more than 30% failures or dropped subjects in the preceding semester
9. 4 ID pictures (1 1”x1” and 3 2”x2”)
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. DMMMSU - College Admission Test
2. Interview
3. Verified Xerox Copy of Student Visa
4. Verified Xerox Copy of Alien Cert. Of Registration (ACR)
5. Study Permit from CHED, Central Office
6. Proficiency in English based on TOEFL Score
7. Must meet all prescribed requirements by the Dept. Of Foreign Affairs and Bureau of Immigration
1. A bachelor or master’s degree or it's equivalent which is relevant to the degree applied for with a GPA of 2.0 or better for the master’s degree and 1.75 or better for the doctorate degree.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
