1. DMMMSU College Admission Test

3. ALS Rating
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. 3 pcs. 2” x 2” and 1 pc. 1” x 1” colored pictures with white background
6. Copy of Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office
7. Qualify in the interview
8. Qualify in the physical/medical examination conducted by DMMMSU or any government physician.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. DMMMSU College Admission Test
2. Teacher Aptitude Test (For Teacher Education Students only)
3. Weighted average grade of 2.5 (excluding NSTP)
4. OTR or copy of grades signed by the Registrar for reference purposes
5. Certificate of Transfer Credential
6. Must qualify in the interview
7. Physical /Medical Examination conducted by DMMMSU or any government physician.
8. Certificate of Good Moral Character
9. 4 colored ID pictures with white background (1 1”x1” and 3 2”x2”)
10. Admission of transferees is subject to availability of slot for quota course.

5. Affidavit of Support
6. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
7. Result of TOEFL/IELTS (for non native speakers of English).
8. Student Visa
9. Security Clearance from his/her Embassy
10. Resident Guarantor of his/her character
11. CHED permit

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
