Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Senior High School (SHS) Report Card or Form 137
2. Original PSA Birth Certificate
3. Good Moral Certificate (Original)
4. Three (3) pieces passport size colored picture (white background with nametag)
5. Completely accomplished College Application Form
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentia
2. Two (2) copies of Transcript of Records – original or authenticated copy
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Original copy of Birth Certificate issued and authenticated by PSA (Marriage Certificate for married women)
5.Medical Certificate (from the DHVTSU University Physician or other DOH accredited doctors)
6. Three (3) pcs passport size color picture in white background with nametag

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the University and the concerned College where they are seeking for admission.
- Certificate of Completion of a Secondary Curriculum
- Personal Data
- Original Transcript of Record
- Affidavit of Support
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
- Certification of Proficiency in English based on TOEFL score (for non-Filipino speaker of English)
- Student Visa (VISA Exntesion for continuing student)
- Security Clearance from the applicant's embassy
- Resident Guarantor of the applicant's character
- Photocopy of passport pages where name, photo, birth date and birth place appear
- Completely accomplished Collge Application Form
2. Must meet the entire prescribed requirement by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and Bureau of Immigration (BI)
3. Foreign students may be admitted based on availability of slots of the course being applied for and are limited to special courses.
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
