H.S. Graduate applicants • Criteria for admission 1. Must be at least four feet and eleven inches (4’11”) tall by the time they enter first year. A screening committee made up of the faculty of the College measure heights of applicants. An applicant who measures 4’10” tall may be admitted if his/her HS average is 90 percent and higher. 2. Must have no physical/functional and or mental defects (hunchback, strabismus, harelip, cleft palate, speech defect, juvenile diabetes, severe bronchial asthma, mental instability, polio, etc.) that may affect future professional practice. • Requirements: To be submitted in long brown envelope upon enrollment. 1. Personal data sheet 2. 1 x I recent picture (2 pcs.) 3. Character reference signed by the principal of the high school where applicant graduated. 4. 1 Short folder 5. 2 short mailing envelopes with stamps. B. Degree Holders and transferees • Criteria 1. They must have a weighted average of at least 2.0 in all subjects taken and no history of failure, dropped or left any subject; and with no incomplete grade. 2. Transferees from other nursing schools who are in their third year and fourth year will no longer be accepted. 3. (Refer to Criteria from A: 1-2) 4.
