Admission Requirements - Freshmen:

4. Original Local Civil Registrar (LCR) Form 1A or NSO
5. 2 pcs. Of 2 x2 ID pictures (with collar)
6. Certificate of good moral character
7. Marriage contract (if married)
8. New Students’ orientation certificate
9. Medical certificate (University Hospital)
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. A general weighted average (GWA) of at least 2.5 or it's equivalent in all subjects taken fro students coming from ACAP /PASUC member institutions and those recognized by an accrediting agency of the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP). Students from non-accredited schools must have a general weighted average of 2.0 or better or it's equivalent.

11. Completion of at least 50% of the total units required in the curriculum which he/she intends to pursue.
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
For Foreign Undergraduate Students
1. Certificate of eligibility and study permit from the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID)
2. CMU College Admission test (CMUCAT) result
3. Original Local Civil Registrar (LCR) Form 1A or NSO
4. 2 pcs 2×2 ID pictures (with collar)
5. Medical certificate (University Hospital)
6. New Students’ orientation certificate
7. Certificate of English Proficiency from the CMU Department of Languages and Literature for those coming from countries where English is not the medium for instruction. Those who fail should take and pass an Intensive English Proficiency course in the same department.
For Resident and Foreign Graduate Students
1. Transcript of Records of degree/s earned
2. Graduate School Admission Test (GSAT) result
3. Original Local Civil Registrar (LCR) Form 1A or NSO
4. 2 pcs 2×2 ID pictures (with collar)
5. Medical certificate (University Hospital)
6. Certificate of eligibility and study permit from the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) – for foreign students only
7. Certificate of English Proficiency from the CMU Department of Languages and Literature for those coming from countries where English is not the medium for instruction. Those who fail should take and pass an Intensive English Proficiency course in the same department (for foreign students only).

9. Satisfaction of specific requirements of the college in which he/she intends to enroll.
1. Bachelor’s and master’s degree from CMU or from other recognized institution of higher learning for the master’s and doctoral levels, respectively:
2. Accomplished Application form supported by the original transcript of academic records;
3. Take and pass the Graduate School Admission Test (GSAT)
4. Two candid appraisal from former major professors or superiors for master’s level and three candid appraisals for doctoral level;
5. A non refundable application fee of P200.00 for Filipino or Php 3,000.00 for foreign nationals in bank draft or money order remitted to the Graduate School,
6. A Certificate of English proficiency is required of applicants from countries where English is not the medium of instruction and/or not the native language.
The application form, properly and duly accomplished must be submitted to the Graduate School at least one month before the enrollment period.
During enrollment period an applicant must submit to the Graduate School the following documents properly and duly accomplished;
1. Original Local Civil Registrar Form No. 1A (LCR Form 1A – Certificate of Live Birth);
2. Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
3. 4 pcs 2×2 ID picture
4. Photocopy of Marriage Contract (if Married)
5. Student Visa, Special Study Permit from BOI and Photocopy of passport (if Foreign Student)

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
