Why did I choose this school: It was my parents who chose this school.

About Central Luzon State University: I was not really interested to study at Central Luzon State University (CLSU) when my parents initially told me about this because it was far from all the establishments that a typical student would eye for during leisure time. But I guess, I am completely mistaken.

It was a huge place all in one. It is a small community where you reside with some of your professors, classmates, etc. With a hospital, market place, dormitories, of course classrooms, laboratories, etc. Quite boring at first and I felt outcast from the happenings of the city.

Eventually, staying there became an exciting episode in my college days. Imagine mingling with different students with various cultural backgrounds and practices not only from Central Luzon but actually nationwide with some international students as well. I don’t think I did miss a lot from what the metro has to offer because I also enjoyed staying there. The environment itself was very conducive to learning because of lesser distractions and peaceful communities.

Professors there were mostly alumni. They were friendly and accommodating.

My current job: I am currently working as a Quality Analyst in a BPO company.
I review calls of the agents and evaluate how they handled the concerns of the callers. We also have coaching sessions wherein the good practices were commended and the misses were discussed to ensure it will not happen again on the next call.

On my previous job, I was blessed to land a job as an English Instructor to a non-profit organization.

About Central Luzon State University: It was a memorable experience studying in CLSU, as we had nice agricultural - tourism sites that are student-friendly.
Our professors have been very supportive that they mould as to be great not only as students but as a future leader. They coach us to be the best that we can be and let us join in mational competitions for Marketing.
School facilities are not so new but the administration is catching up to provide state of the art learnings.

My current job: Retail Manager

How long did it take to find a job: A month before my graduation.

Why did I choose this school: It is nearer to our province (Pangasinan) compared to Baguio and one of my closest cousins was studying during the time I made a decision.

About Central Luzon State University: The school is a student-friendly university and the professors are very helpful. 658 hectares is never a crowded place for only a few selected students.

My current job: HR (Recruitment In-Charge) here in Abu Dhabi.

How long did it take to find a job: I took almost 2 months break after graduation just to rest and took me less than a month to look for a job offer.

Why did I choose this school: CLSU offers high quality education with affordable prices.

About Central Luzon State University: You would always want to go to school every day because of the warm atmosphere you can feel every time you get in the school. The instructors know the subjects they teach and how to teach so well that they don’t have to tell the students to study their notes. In addition, the university is well equipped with facilities that the students might need.

My current job: I am now an assistant cook in a restaurant.

How long did it take to find a job: It took me about a month to find a job after I graduated.

About Central Luzon State University: The professors are knowledgeable and satisfactory. Facilities are good but needs improvement. The college is trying to create a corporate atmosphere on core values that are being taught to the students.

My current job: Accounting Consultant, Web Developer

How long did it take to find a job: Three months

Why did I choose this school: It had all the necessities in my chosen field. It had colleges that will be able to sustain my needs in my field. Also, the tuition fee was reasonable.

About Central Luzon State University: The atmosphere there was cool, because Nueva Ecija has many trees that gives a fresh air there.

The professors were good and professional, they are trained well by their experiences.


My current job: I'm an Officer in Chief Security Guard. I just manage and headed the Coca-cola Company at Lagro. I just supervised my guards and passed reports to our heads about their performances and standing.

How long did it take to find a job: Not so long, in just couple of weeks I already find one. Because I accepted what was already there. And in that time, you have to get many connections in order to get a job with high salary but I don't have any, so I just employed as a security guard.
