Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Order of payment for University Entrance Examination (UEE) to be secured from the Accounting Office;
2. Qualified UEE results;
3. Filled up Application Form for Admission;
4. Accomplished Student Directory Form;
5. Complete and valid credentials (Form 138, Certificate of Good Moral Character,
6. Medical and Dental Examination Certificates, Police Clearance, Photo Copy of NSO Birth Certificate, 3 copies 1.5 x 1.5 pictures.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Order of payment for the College Entrance Examination (CEE) to be secured from the Accounting Office;
2. Qualified CEE results;
3. Filled up Application Form for Admission
4. Accomplished Student Directory Form
5. Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
6. Original Copy of Transcript of Records/Certification of subjects taken and corresponding grades certified by the Registrar.
7. Medical and Dental Examination Certificate
8. Police Clearance
9. Photo copy of NSO Birth Certificate
10. Three copies 1.5" x 1.5" pictures
11. Result of the interview conducted by the Institute/Department

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Personal history statement with 2" x 2" recent picture
2. Transcript of Records authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)
3. Affidavit of support including bank statements
4. Result of the College Entrance Examination
5. Certificate of Completion of a Secondary Curriculum
6. Original Transcript of Record
7. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
8. Student Visa
9. Security Clearance from his/her Embassy
10. Resident Guarantor of his/her character
1. Students are required to take the qualifying examination and interview before admission to any graduate program.
2. For admission to the master's degree program, only the students who graduated from baccalaureate level with at least an average rating of "2" or equivalent shall be eligible for admission.
3. For admission to the doctoral level, only those students who are holders of master's degree with at least an average rating of "1.75" or equivalent shall be eligible for admission.
4. Applicant for admission must present an original copy of the official transcript of record or transfer credentials.
5. A permit to study is required if the applicant is a working student.
6. Student whose average rating is below the requirement may be admitted on probationary status. After the successful completion of at least 18 academic units with an average of "2.0" in the master's program and "1.5" in the doctorate program, the student on probationary period shall apply for change in status from probationary to regular, subject to the approval of the deam of the Graduate School.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
