Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. High School Report Card (Form 138)/ Certificate of Rating for Alternative Learning System (ALS) or it's equivalent
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Two (2) copies of 2”x2” recent ID pictures with white background and nametag
4. Long brown envelope / folder (15” x 10”)
5. Official Receipt of Testing Fee
6. Admission Test

Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Informative copy of TOR;
2. Certification of Good Moral Character;
3. Two (2) copies of 2×2 recent ID pictures with white background and nametag; and
4. Endorsement Letter signed by the Campus Director if the transferee comes from another CTU Campus.
5. Admission Test

Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Student applicant’s Personal History Statement (PHS) signed by him, both in English and in his national alphabet, containing among others his left and right thumbprints and a 2×2 photograph on plain white background taken not more than six months prior to submission;
2. Transcript of Records (TOR) or scholastic records from the applicant’s country of origin duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post;
3. A notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant (for institution scholars) to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses;
4. Photocopy of data page of the applicant’s passport;
5. Birth certificate or it's equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post;
6. Police Clearance/ NBI Clearance from the applicant’s country of origin;
7. Quarantine Medical Clearance from the National Quarantine Office; and
8. Other requirements from the Bureau of Immigration (BI).

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
