Course description:
The course bridges the gap between theory and practice, knowledge and applications and helps the student to keep abreast of recent developments in Computer Applications.
It is a ladderized program leading to Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Courses in computer hardware, operating systems applications and utilities, programming, basic drawing, PC applications software, and PC data communications and computer networks are included.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To produce graduates who are experts in Software Programming and Web Page Design and Development.
2. To produce graduates who are experts in Hardware Servicing and Maintenance.
3. To engage in community outreach and extension programs that will help alleviate quality of life.
4. To produce professionals who are national and/or international ICT Exam passers.
5. To prepare students for a four-year ITE programs.
