Why did I choose this school: Grading system is strict, and as a government university, it offers courses with minimal expense.

About Cagayan State University: The atmosphere is conducive to learning specially so with the accesible and comfortable libraries.
Professors vary in teaching techniques, but most if not all had masterals.
The facilities although some are old, could be dealt with.
