This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.

Scholarships at BASC San Ildefonso
1. Institutional Scholarship
This consists of entrance scholarship in which free full tuition fee for valedictorians and one-half free tuition free for salutatorians shall be granted for one semester provided that they passed the college entrance requirements
2. Academic Scholarship
A. Full academic scholarship offers one semester free full tuition fee to students who obtained an average grade of not lower than 1.5 during the preceding semester
B. Partial academic scholarship offers one half free tuition fee for one semester to students who obtained an average grade of 1.51-1.75 during the preceding semester
C. Scholarship sponsored by public and private agencies
1. Study grants consisting of full free tuition fee shall be awarded to the ff student leaders during the semester (s) that they hold their respective position:
A. President, Supreme Student Council
B. Editor-in-Chief, The Soil Tiller
C, Corps Commander, NSTP
D. Varsity Player
2. Study aid consisting of 50%free tuition fee shall be grantedd to dependent children of faculty and employeed of the college be they in the service or have normally retired from the service. The aid is up to two dependent children per semester.
3. Study grants of full free tuition fee shall be granted to the Associate Editor of the The Soil Tiller, 50% to the six Supreme Student Council Officers and Managing Editor of the TST
