2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Two pieces 2×2 colored recent picture, NOT CUT-OUT
4. Official Receipt of Testing Fee (P125.00)
5. Must be physically fit
6. For Teacher Education Applicant, the General Weighted Average (GWA) is at least 85% or 2.0 for Transferee
• • For other degree courses GWA is required to be at least 80%.
• • Non degree courses who will proceed to degree courses must have at least 80% or 2.5 GWA of the last course attended.
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
1. Honorable Dismissal
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Two pieces 2×2 colored recent picture, NOT CUT-OUT

6. Informative Copy of Transcript of Records
7. Certificate of Good Moral Character with Barangay Clearance

A. Master of Education in Education Management
• A graduate of Teacher Education course and any related course with 18 units professional subject in education.
B. Master of Arts in Teaching Vocational Education
• A graduate of BSEd-THE, BSIT, and BSIE with 18 units in professional subject in education.
C. Master of Agricultural Development
A graduate in agriculture and any related courses.

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
