Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
1. Correctly and completely accomplished Application Form (AF);
2. Two copies of 1 x 1 identical recent photograph of the applicant to be attached in the application form;
3. First to Third Year High School academic ratings affixed at the reverse side of the AF and duly signed by the school Principal and/or photocopy of PEPT results if a qualifier;
4. One long-sized window envelope and P 40.00 pesos worth of stamps for mailing of test results.
5. Photocopy of Form 138 for high school graduates who have not taken any college subject. (Original copy of Form 138 should be presented for authentication.)
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
External Transferees
1. Certification of grades duly signed by the School Registrar
2. Official Transcript of Records from each school/college attended
3. Certificate of Honorable Dismissal.
Internal Transferees
1. Letter of intent to transfer specifying, among others, the reason for request for transfer;
2. Certification from the Dean/Director of the availability of slot;
3. Certification of grades duly signed by the College/Unit Registrar
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
For purposes of evaluation, a photostat copy of the official transcript of records may be submitted by the foreign student-applicant for admission provided, this is properly authenticated by DECS, or by a duly designated authority in the applicant's country of origin. Final admission will be subject to verification submitted against original copies of credentials.
Only units earned by international students in the collegiate level shall be given credits. Units earned in terminal/vocational courses and in high school shall not be credited.
A graduate student seeking transfer to the University must have obtained a general weighted average (GWA) of 1.75 or better for all subjects taken from other academic institutions.
This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
