Admission Requirements - Freshmen:
Currently Enrolled Grade 12 Student (expected to graduate)
1. Certificate of Enrollment from the School Registrar/Principal
2. Two certified photocopies of Grade 11 report card with general weighted average duly signed by the Principal.
Senior High School Graduate:
1. Original and two photocopies of Grade 12 Report Card
Other requirements to be submitted:
1. Accomplished BSU-AT Application form
2. Two (2) recent 2x2 ID picture (formal studio) with white background and name tag (signature over printed name)
Note: No Testing Fee will be collected
Admission Requirements - Transferees:
Transferee
1. Endorsement slip duly signed by the Dean/Director of the College/Institute where applicant intend to enroll at BSU
2. Two photocopies of Certified True Copy of Grades.
Other requirements to be submitted:
1. Accomplished BSU-AT Application form
2. Two (2) recent 2x2 ID picture (formal studio) with white background and name tag (signature over printed name)
Note: No Testing Fee will be collected
Admission Requirements - Foreign Students:
1. Certification of Financial Statement/Support or Endorsement letter from Benefactor, authenticated by the Embassy/Consulate of Country of Origin addressed to the University President through the University Vice-President of Academic Affairs;
2. Personal Letter of intendment addressed to the University President through the University Vice-President of Academic Affairs;
3. Original copy of Red Ribbon (for transferees, submit a photocopy); Official Transcript of Records (translated in English), with Grading System or equivalent of grades; Diplomal Certificate of Good Moral Character;
4. Valid Visa (photocopy of Passport bearing the bio-page, latest arrival with valid authorized stay with at least 1 month);
5. Photocopy of valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I) Card (if applicable);
6. Bureau of Quarantine, upon admission (if applicable);
7. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance, if the date of first arrival in the Philippines is six (6) months or more;
8. Result of TOEFL/IELTS where English is not the medium of instruction (if applicable);
9. Two (2) pcs. Of latest colored photo ID (2" x 2").

This school is included under the "Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education" law that passed in 2017.
The law covers students enrolled in State and Local universities/colleges in Bachelors and Certificate programs.
Under the Law students in accredited State and Local universities/colleges will not pay any tuition fees or misc fee.
The Law covers only first time students (students who don't already have a college degree).
However, the full implementation of this law is not clear yet.
